During our recent family vacation at the Sanam, we had a unique experience that offered some highlights and challenges. As someone who thrives on environmental beauty, I appreciated the hotel's clean room equipped with basic essentials-perfect for our needs. Upon arrival, we were disappointed to find our assigned room had a view of only a wall. When I requested a change, the reception staff, while polite, was unwilling to accommodate us, which soured the first impression for us. On a brighter note, the hotel's location allowed easy access to local shops, with several options just a short walk away-ideal for grabbing a quick snack or coffee. On our second day, we discovered a cozy corner where my cousins organized a scavenger hunt for the kids. They particularly loved the stories shared about the marine life of the area, a nod to my passion for marine conservation. Despite a few hiccups, the Sanam could be a decent choice for families if you don't mind a few inconveniences. Just be prepared to advocate for your family's comfort!
